Michael Baumann

Michael Baumann is really our go-to person.  He knows his way around all of our application systems, we run all of our scenarios by him and he keeps the business running smoothly.  With 10 years of experience in the industry, he is truly a pleasure to have at Merit Financial.

Michael understands the business from contact to contract and contract to closing.  He has systems and procedures in place to ensure a stress free loan process and makes sure no loan closes "late or ugly".

He has his B.S. in Mathematics from Wisconsin Lutheran College and is a proud member of the Mortgage Bankers Association. His hobbies and interests include bowling and golfing. He also enjoys researching Milwaukee history.  While Michael is not at the office he splits his time between his homes in Franklin and Hustisford.
